1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing redwolfhacker.com (the “Site”) or using REDWOLF courses, memberships, live or recorded classes, dashboard access, community channels, or related tools (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase a plan, or use the Services.
2. What REDWOLF provides
REDWOLF is an online education platform focused on practical cybersecurity fundamentals, digital defense concepts, and structured learning paths. Current membership options include:
- Gold — self-paced and live learning support for core training modules.
- Diamond — expanded access, advanced learning modules, and priority support features as described at checkout.
Course descriptions, feature lists, and pricing shown on the Site at the time of purchase control what is included in your plan. Features may evolve as we improve the curriculum.
Education only. REDWOLF content is for learning and professional development. It is not permission to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization, and it is not a guarantee of income, employment, or any particular result.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your place of residence. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
We may suspend or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, shared in violation of these Terms, or used to bypass access controls.
4. Plans, access, and billing periods
Paid access may be sold as monthly or yearly memberships (or other periods shown at checkout). Unless stated otherwise:
- Access begins after payment is confirmed or approved under our payment review process.
- Access lasts for the selected billing period.
- Where auto-renewal is offered, renewals continue until you cancel according to the instructions in your account or support channels.
Pending payments may be reviewed before course access is unlocked. Approval timing can vary; we aim to review payment proofs or confirmed transfers within a reasonable period (often within 24 hours when volumes allow).
5. Payments (including crypto and bank transfer)
Checkout may offer cryptocurrency networks (such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum/ERC-20, Tron/USDT TRC-20) and/or bank transfer options. You agree to:
- Send the exact amount shown for your selected plan.
- Use only the network and address displayed for that selection.
- Understand that sending on the wrong network or to an outdated address can result in irreversible loss of funds.
Payment windows and QR details may expire. Addresses and instructions on the live payment page override older screenshots or shared links.
Fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer law or where we expressly offer a refund. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith may lead to account suspension.
6. License to learning materials
Subject to these Terms and your active paid access, REDWOLF grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view course videos, materials, and dashboard content for your own educational use.
You may not copy, record for redistribution, resell, share login access, upload course files to public sites, or commercially exploit REDWOLF materials without written permission.
7. Acceptable use and legality
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use REDWOLF content, communities, or tools to:
- Gain unauthorized access to computers, networks, accounts, or data;
- Commit fraud, theft, phishing, social engineering against victims, malware distribution, or other crimes;
- Harass, threaten, dox, or harm others;
- Circumvent Site security, scrape content at scale, or disrupt Service availability.
Any security testing, research, or practice must be performed only with proper authorization and in lawful environments. You are solely responsible for how you apply what you learn. See also our Security Guide.
8. Community and support channels
Premium group access, WhatsApp channels, Telegram, or similar community spaces are provided for student support and learning discussion. Content posted by students is their responsibility. We may remove posts or revoke access for spam, illegal solicitation, or abuse.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, REDWOLF disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, specific learning outcomes, or that techniques taught will be suitable for every environment.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REDWOLF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to REDWOLF for the relevant plan in the three (3) months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
You agree to indemnify REDWOLF against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, course catalogs, pricing for new purchases, and Service features. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment, legal risk, or operational necessity.
