1. Purpose of this Guide
REDWOLF teaches practical cybersecurity fundamentals, digital defense concepts, and structured learning through plans such as Gold and Diamond. This Security Guide sets expectations for safe use of the Site, courses, dashboard, and support channels.
It complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything conflicts, the Terms control for legal obligations.
2. Lawful and ethical learning
All REDWOLF materials are for education and authorized practice only. You must:
- Practice only on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test;
- Follow the laws of your country and any country where activity occurs;
- Never use course knowledge to steal, defraud, harass, or break into accounts or networks without authorization;
- Treat “how attacks work” lessons as defensive awareness — not instructions to harm others.
3. Protect your student account
- Use a unique, strong password; do not reuse passwords from other sites.
- Do not share your login. Shared accounts may be suspended.
- Sign out on shared devices and keep your OS and browser updated.
- Beware of phishing: REDWOLF will not ask for your password or crypto seed phrases in chat.
4. Safe checkout and crypto payments
When you join Gold or Diamond via checkout:
- Only use payment pages opened from the official Site (checkout → payment).
- Match the network (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum/ERC-20, Tron/USDT TRC-20, or bank) to the address shown.
- Send the exact amount displayed for your plan and billing period.
- Do not trust addresses sent by strangers in DMs — verify on the live payment screen.
- Complete transfers before any on-screen payment timer expires when one is shown.
Blockchain transfers are typically irreversible. Wrong-network sends may not be recoverable.
5. Community and WhatsApp / Telegram channels
- Use official links from the Site footer or Contact page.
- Do not share personal financial secrets, seed phrases, or full card numbers in groups.
- Report spam, impersonators, or illegal solicitations to support.
- Staff will not ask you to send funds to random personal wallets outside checkout.
6. Report security or abuse issues
If you believe your account was compromised, you received a suspicious payment request, or you found a Site vulnerability, contact us through the Contact page promptly. Include relevant details (time, screenshots without exposing secrets).
