Account and contact data
When you sign up or message us, we may collect your name, email address, and other details you submit.
Course and membership data
We store plan selections (for example Gold or Diamond), billing period, enrollment status, and dashboard activity needed to deliver access.
Payment-related data
We may store payment method type (e.g. BTC, LTC, ERC-20, TRC-20, bank), amounts, timestamps, status (pending/approved/rejected), and any proof or reference you submit. We do not need your crypto wallet private keys and you should never send them to us.
Technical data
Like most sites, we may collect IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from IP, via logs and similar technologies.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure your student account;
- Process purchases and unlock course access after verification;
- Provide dashboard features, support, and community access you are entitled to;
- Send service messages (receipts, access updates, security notices);
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized sharing of accounts;
- Improve Site performance, curriculum presentation, and reliability;
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
Where marketing messages are sent, you can opt out where a unsubscribe or similar control is offered, subject to legal requirements.
4. Payments and third parties
Crypto transfers occur on public blockchains. Transaction details you send are visible on those networks according to how those networks work. Bank transfers may involve your bank and ours (or our payment recipient details shown at checkout).
If we use third-party processors, hosting, email, analytics, or video hosts (for example Vimeo embeds), those providers process data under their own terms. Review their policies when you interact with them.
7. Retention and security
We keep account and payment records as long as needed to provide Services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting needs. When no longer required, we delete or de-identify data where practicable.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and protect your devices.
8. Your rights
